- In this role, you will ensure that managers and staff receive the best possible support on all HR and employment law matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- You will not only participate in company-wide HR projects but also lead them.
- From workforce planning through conducting interviews and drafting contracts to onboarding, you will manage the entire recruitment process.
- You will contribute to the design of HR marketing activities and represent the group at external career events.
- Actively shaping and supporting change processes, e.g. as part of cultural and transformation projects, is also part of your responsibilities.
- You plan and coordinate our apprenticeship program in accordance with the training framework and act as the main point of contact for our commercial apprentices.
- Together with our highly qualified managers, you will further develop and implement management tools.

- You have a degree or completed a vocational training with a focus on human resources, or you have completed relevant further training, e.g. as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d).
- Throughout your career, you have demonstrated that you can drive organisational development with empathy and leadership, guide people through change processes, and inspire them to embrace new goals.
- As a generalist, you have several years’ professional experience in the areas of payroll, HR administration, recruitment, development and organisation, as well as in the supervision of apprentices.
- You are highly proficient in MS Office and have an affinity for digitalisation.
- You are characterised by your independent, results-oriented approach to work and your flexibility regarding working hours.
