Aufgaben

Du lernst alle Facetten des kaufmännischen Berufsbildes in einem internationalen Unternehmen kennen - von Einkauf und Vertrieb über Marketing und Personal bis hin zum Finanzwesen.
Hierbei wirst du aktiv in die Abläufe der einzelnen Bereiche eingebunden, wirkst in Projekten mit und bearbeitest z. B. eigenständig Aufträge und Rechnungen.
Deine Englischkenntnisse kannst du im Austausch mit unseren internationalen Kontakten anwenden und erweitern.
Für einen umfassenden Einblick ins Unternehmen und unsere Produkte schnupperst du auch in die technischen Bereiche Arbeitsvorbereitung, Logistik und Produktion.
Du unterstützt bei der Suche nach zukünftigen Auszubildenden durch die Teilnahme an Karrieremessen.
Deine Ausbildung wird begleitet durch regelmäßige Abstimmungstermine mit deiner Ausbilderin und einen engen Austausch aller Auszubildenden untereinander, bei dem du dich aktiv einbringst.

Profil

Du hast einen guten Realschulabschluss, Abitur, einen Abschluss der Höheren Handelsschule oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss.
Deine Stärken in der Schule liegen in den Fächern Mathematik, Deutsch und Englisch.
Du hast Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und möchtest später im Büro arbeiten.
Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen Excel, Powerpoint und Word sammeln.
Ein Praktikum im kaufmännischen Bereich wäre ein Pluspunkt.
Zuverlässigkeit, eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und fließende Deutschkenntnisse zeichnen dich aus.

Your mission

You will learn about all aspects of a commercial career in an international company – from purchasing and sales to marketing, human resources and finance.
You will be actively involved in the processes of the individual departments, participate in projects and, for example, process orders and invoices independently.
You can use and improve your English skills when communicating with our international contacts.
To gain a comprehensive insight into the company and our products, you will also get a taste of the technical areas of production planning, logistics and production.
You will assist in the search for future apprentices by participating in career fairs.
Your apprenticeship will be accompanied by regular coordination meetings with your trainer and close communication between all apprentices, in which you will actively participate.

Your profile

You have a good secondary school leaving certificate, A-levels, a higher commercial school qualification or a comparable qualification.
Your strengths at school are in mathematics, German and English.
You are interested in economic issues and would like to work in an office later on.
Ideally, you have already gained some experience in using MS Office programmes such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
An internship in the commercial sector would be an advantage.
You are reliable, eager to learn and fluent in German.
